BetterCase

BetterCase is a casework and consulting firm that works with personal-injury law firms. As part of that work, BetterCase operates a private workspace where a client firm's team and BetterCase's team organize case work, share reports and task lists, and keep track of what needs to happen next.

Who can use it

The workspace is not open to the public. Access is by invitation only, for people at firms that are BetterCase clients and for BetterCase staff. Users sign in with a Google work account. Signing in identifies you; it does not by itself give access to any firm's information. Each firm's administrators and BetterCase decide who can see what.

What Google sign-in shares

BetterCase's Google sign-in asks only for your basic Google profile: your name, email address, and profile picture. It does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or contacts. The privacy policy explains how that information is used.
